Have you changed your mind and want to return a product?
Carré Blanc is committed to guaranteeing your satisfaction with the opportunity to return and exchange options.
Items must never have been washed, treated or altered. They must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all labels attached.

Have you placed an order
online?
You can return your products or report any anomaly within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Please note that returns are subject to a $12 CAD return shipping fee. If your product is embroidered, it cannot be returned as it cannot be resold.
During the holiday season, all purchases from November 15, 2023 to January 1, 2024 can be returned until January 31, 2024.
Return Instructions:
- Contact customer service with your order number and your reason for return
- Once you receive the label, package your item(s) and place the label on the outside of your parcel
- After receipt and verification of the items, the refund of the returned items will be made as soon as possible (subject to verification of the items, the refund is processed by Carré Blanc. The refund is made at the invoiced price and paid directly to the original payment method).
Have you placed an order at our store?
You can exchange or return for a refund directly with your store. Refunds via the website are not possible. If your product is embroidered, it cannot be returned as it cannot be put back on sale. Comforters, pillows and duvets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Free exchange in store
You have the possibility of making an in-store exchange for all orders placed in-store and on the www.carreblanc.ca website. To do so, visit our Carré Blanc boutique in Montréal within 30 days of your purchase. If your product is embroidered, it cannot be returned or exchanged as it cannot be resold.
Comforters, pillows and duvets cannot be exchanged or refunded.
